A: The orange part has a oval loop, that pulls out at the top, which will hold the entire unit to a wall.

A: This is like a single handcuff, as if you were carrying a rope in a loop. You push down on the trigger and the cuff opens. Roll your cord/cable into a loop, like a rope, and place the cuff around the around the cord. To use the cord just push the trigger again to open the cuff up again.

This handcuff design cord maintainer works absolutely fantastic for our crews. I have all he sizes available from this company and they are all really good: however, this particular one (small) does not have a full hook as does the medium and bigger sizes and therefore, does not carry or hang very well.
