I’ve had this product for less than 60 days and the pump stopped working. Is there a way to trouble shoot? All connections are tight and product is clean of algae
Sorry to hear that. If you've only had it for 60 days then it's under warranty. In general, you would want to check the water sensor on the pump is clean and the white fan inside the pump is free from debris, unplug the black and green connections to make sure they are dry, and you can use WD40 or dielectric grease in the plug as an added precaution.
