Q:Can I run this 6-3 wire through flexible conduit to make a whip for electrical stove?

Answer This Question
A: Electrical code says that you cannot run Romex through conduit. Thhn is what you should use if running through conduits. I’m not saying that I’ve never ran Romex wire through conduit but it’s not up to code if you do. Just strip the jacket.

Worked perfect. Ran this wire to a sub panel with a 50Amp breaker supplying power in the main panel. Needed to run two separate 20Amp outlets for garage refrigerator and freezer. Also ran an additional 20amp line for a garage outlet where I can use my saws or charge all my power tool batteries.

What do say, Romex makes a good wire no matter the size. This size of wire is hard to pull and manipulate, but if you don’t know that already I would suggest hiring a professional!-)

I am running a 50-amp circuit, and this fit the bill.
The cable is enveloped by a patented SIMpull Cable Jacket, carefully crafted to streamline the processes of pulling, stripping, and installation. Known as Romex Type NM-B Copper Building Wire, this cable is widely utilized in the realm of residential building wiring. Its primary function is to serve as a reliable branch circuit, seamlessly connecting an array of switches and outlets. However, it's essential to note that the appropriate installation for this cable is restricted to above-ground settings within dry locations exclusively. With a commendable voltage rating of 600-volts, the cable stands as a testament to secure and efficient power conveyance. Notably, the NM-B cable is ingeniously designed to be routed through air voids within masonry block or tile walls, granted these structures are devoid of wet or damp conditions. As a point of pride, this cable bears the distinguished label of being Made in America, underlining its origin and commitment to quality.
