The Southwire Company 50 Degree Cable is mainly used in conduit and cable trays for feeders, services and branch circuits in commercial or industrial applications as specified in the NEC2. UL listed. It is also CSA listed.
  • Primarily used in conduit and cable trays for services, feeders and branch circuits in commercial or industrial applications as specified in the NEC2
  • Conductors are annealed (soft) copper, rated at 600-Volt and heat, moisture, gasoline and oil resistant
  • Insulated with tough, heat and moisture-resistant PVC
  • For use in wet or dry locations at temperatures not to exceed 194 degrees F (90° C) or not to exceed 167° F (75° C) when exposed to oil or coolant

No, this is 6 gauge wire, which is more suitable for 50-55 amps. For 70, you want 4 gauge.

I got two rolls of this #6 wire and we...
I got two rolls of this #6 wire and we pulled it through about 60’ of underground conduit quite easily. Of course we used some wire lube because that section of conduit has three 90º elbows in it.
