        Amazingly simple but effective product !
        This product was recommended to me by a Physical Therapist who was assisting my elderly Mother after I told him that I was one of the rare people that had a condition called Transverse Myelitis. This product works and helps alleviate middle and lower back pain almost instantly from the first time I tried it.

          Uncomfortable
          Was super excited to get this device...the concept is exactly what I need. Nicely packaged, easy to assemble, and well made is what I first noticed. Using it, however, is something else entirely. Your torso is on the bench so most of the stretch is happening on your legs. I would 'walk' my posterior a bit more to the edge to help transfer this stretch to my back, but then my lumbar would really start to hurt (even with a towel for support). I tried repeatedly, but could not find a reasonably comfortable position, whether because of my sore lumbar or armpits that seemed to quickly go numb, to take advantage of the stretch. I know that I will not be using this thing very much. Too uncomfortable for me; I will be taking it back.

            Traction machine, poor design.
            Complete garbage , this is for people with back problems yet it sits in the worst place possible, ON THE GROUND !!! Needs to be elevated.

              Inline Back Stretch Bench is great!
              This is a well made device that works well, I got a strap-on lumbar support piece for it that comfortably fills the small of the back. This made the whole unit better!

              Worth every penny
              You can actually feel and sometimes hear the vertebrae decompressing. Similar idea to devices used in chiropractors and physiotherapists offices. Has probably saved me hundreds if not thousands in Chiropractic appointments. Much better than inversion tables

                Nice but Naughty
                Stretches as much as you want , Be careful dangerous snap back when you release the lever, Must wear shoes with heels or foot pegs wont grab, don't attempt with socks T shirts get caught up in the arm braces, I go shirtless or very tight T shirt

                Helpful back stretching ideas
                Here’s a couple suggestions if you have or are considering this equipment. First, I use a piece of cardboard under me because it’s slickness helps with the stretch. Also, before I get on the “rack” I use a microwaved rice bag to warm up my lower back. Keep in mind that your back isn’t the only thing being stretched.
