Can I cut aluminum & metal
No, it would be strictly for cutting wood.
The STHT20361 is designed to cut wood not metal or aluminum.
You'll need a hacksaw for metal and I'm not sure it will fit in the box slots.
Can we change the blade for the saw when it becomes blunt?
The blade is not replaceable.
There are 3 screws in the handle to remove the saw.blade.
What is the clear inside width? Plus Why isn't this in the Specs?
Almost 3 3/4 inch. I’m not sure why the vendor didn’t put it in the specs. I hope this helps. Just so you know the item works well for making cuts but there is no locking pin to hold your wood while cutting. I know they do sell one like this that helps lock down the wood while cutting.
