I have used this rack several times. It works well for cooking ribs but can be difficult to clean after the cook. The residue from the ribs doesn't stick to the rack too badly but it still needs to be scrubbed off and getting to the interior part of the rack can be a challenge.

Only used it once so far. Did the job it was supposed to do. There are a lot of wires to clean, but they each clean fairly easily. No problems. The non-stick coating on the wires is applied uniformly. No bad spots like I've seen on other brands.

at long last

i now have a rib rack that will stand 4 racks of ribs upright, not floped all over. when this came to the house i looked at it and went to my bbq box to toss away all the 3 inch high racks i had. i was begining to wonder if anybody had ever seen a rack of beef ribs or a full rack of pork ribs. this puppy is tall and long and holds 4 racks just right. fits in my 22.5 weber kettle.
