I am sorry for your inconvenience with the plant you ordered. The raspberry plants are grown in northern Wisconsin and are still fully dormant. It does take a little time for them to wake up in spring. If the plant does not grow please ask for a replacement or refund. Once again we are sorry for your trouble.

When I got this plant it was dead. The leaves were completely dry. It looks like this plant has been dead for a while. The box that it came in was very flimsy and the plant was pretty squished. I am probably not going to buy plants online after this.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied. Our plants are grown in northern Wisconsin where we have had freezing temperatures and all of the plants are dormant. The leaves are done for the year and the plant should regrow new leaves and branches in spring. Shipping plants UPS can be a challenge sometimes, but the plants should be able to handle rough handling when they are dormant. I hope you give the plant a chance to rest over winter and wake up will new growth in spring. Once again we are sorry for the condition of the plant.
