3/23/2022 update - still really good
This cap is performing well. I've removed it a few times to clean my liner pipe and no issues removing and replacing it back in the pipe.
We've had some very windy conditions thru this winter and the cap never moved even though it's tilted a bit.
I've attached two photos from January when i went up to clean it.
FYI i burn 24/7 so i clean my pipe and cap once a month.

works well and easy to install.
Real nice quality and fits perfectly into my triple wall flex pipe. I did a test fit with a scrap piece before i went up on the roof (pic).
Before I installed this 8" cap, i did a quick cleaning and then it went right in. Yeah it's a little tilted but that's because my pipe is not exactly straight at the end, just how it is. Didn't matter when i had a stone cap, so hopefully it won't matter now.

The cap did not fit our double tube mobile home fireplace. The cap diameter that fits into our existing metal chimney pipe is two small. Seemed like a nice cap, however it would not work with our existing 30 year old manufactured fireplace kit pipe.
