Hello kz59, Yes, the Everbilt Brand is manufactured by Truaire for Home Depot. These two registers that you are looking at will be the same just the size will be different.
There are 2 models listed for this size register, aluminum or steel. Any advantages of one over the other? I will be installing on an indoor wall.
Hello kz59, The aluminum models perform slightly better but almost non-measurable over the steel. This is due to the shape of the deflector blade, the aluminum models a a true airfoil shaped blade where the steel have a tear drop shaped blade. Typically we suggest that the aluminum models get used in regions with high humidity or along the coast lines. Since the aluminum corrodes or oxidize white in color, any corrosion over time will be less noticeable. The steel models of course will corrode or oxidize (rust) red in color which is much more noticeable.
