Hi, Mike - If the lid/hole on your concrete septic tank is round, this riser should fit. We suggest you look at the COMBO kit, however. Select the height that would bring the lid to the surface. They're available from 6" to 30" heights. The 20" concrete lid you have will most likely not clear supporting tabs on the inside of each riser. Also, the concrete lid won't fit correctly on the riser. We suggest you not leave the concrete lid on the tank, get the combo kit, and use the lid and adapter provided ring provided with the kit. Please contact me (Dave) at davidsimon@valenciapipe.com should you have any further questions. Thanks.
Yes, the riser has four tabs on the inside.
Hi, mmbb - You'll want to use 8 #10 1-3/4" stainless steel sheet metal screws, course thread. There are different head types and states have different requirements. We recommend a hex head Phillips or Square Hole head. Be sure to use a tank adapter ring to affix to the tank, then stack/screw risers to achieve the desired burial depth. Use the black lid supplied with the tank (which has 4 screws) or purchase a green Tuf-Tite domed lid (which requires 8 screws).
Hi, Bamaman - You may have either Tuf-Tite or Polylock, 2 of the industry leaders in septic tank parts. If Tuf-Tite, the holes will line up. Not sure of Polylock, however. Feel free to call me (Dave) to discuss so I can make a proper recommendation to you. (661) 257-3923 x 1026 M-F 7a-3:30p Pacific Time.
