This 1 gal. of Viagrow pH Up liquid nutrient adjusting solution was shipped to me in a very well packaged with the gallon container wrapped in a spill proof bag. What I like about it is that this product is formulated to be safe for all food crops. This highly concentrated formula requires less for use than most other brands of the same type application. All you do is add 1 drop at a time to the plant nutrient solution and then test the ph. Repeat application and test again until appropriate pH level is achieved. Usually between 5.5 and 6.5.

(What's this)
Like the name, it is an additive (liquid nutrient) to raise the pH off the plant soil. You can use this on vegetable, house plants, and in the yard. I have some melons and corn growing in a side yard, which is the 1st time I’ve tried this in the particular location of my yard. It has potassium hydroxide and is safe for food crops. You don’t pour it out, it goes a long way and you do it slowly. I have a lot of potted plants that I can use this on and I also have a raised garden bed with red onions, sage, collard greens and melons. So, quite a mix. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Meaning, I might get some mixed results, but I think it can’t hurt. Also, it is fall season, less daylight hours available so I am practicing patience, but I think I will also be doing some soil conditioning in the next few months to prepare for next year’s plants. Last thoughts, follow the directions for safe handling.

This helped a couple of my “problem plants”. I have a Boston Ivy and a blueberry bush that seemed to be stunted. They stayed the same size no matter I did. I took some soil and had it tested, turned out my soil, Pan Handle of Florida, was low on PH. Man did it make a difference. We are starting into the winter months so I can’t wait until next year!

Viagrow 1 Gal. pH Liquid Up (Base The area where I am located has poor sandy soil. So everything has to be adjusted if I want plants and vegetables to grow. PH levels will affect how nutrients are absorbed by your plants. I was not getting the growth I was looking for. In fact most of vegetables I planted never got bigger than my thumb if they grew at all. Adjusting the PH with Viagrow made a big improvement, especially on the flowers plants. Viagrow is a trusted brand for us. This product worked as promised. Not my first time using it.

(What's this)
One Gallon pH Liquid Up is the trick for healthy vegetables and plants. The Viagrow liquid nutrient Potassium Hydroxide is formulated to be used on all food crops. I have been having poor to moderate results with my tomato and flower plants. I was told to check my pH levels and sure enough they were low, after testing with a pH meter.I added a teaspoon of the pH up liquid to a gallon of water which raised the pH to the proper level of 5.5-6.5. After a month the results are definitely notable. Great stuff. Use in moderate amounts and recheck your meter.

(What's this)
The Viagro pH Up nutrient solution pH adjuster is conveniently sized and priced. The one gallon container was nicely packed and arrived in perfect condition sealed in a heavy poly bag. The product is food grade quality and is just what I need for adjusting the pH of my hydroponic nutrient solutions upward. This winter I’ve had a problem with the pH of my nutrient solutions drifting downward, especially with my tomato cucumber run. As a trial, I added some Viagro pH Up to the nutrient solution and it raised the pH in a nice, controlled manner. The pH measured 5.1, a bit below the desired range before adding Viagro pH Up to the nutrient solution. There was about 25 – 30 gallons of solution in the tank. I added 50 ml of pH Up to the return catch basin (which pumps back into the nutrient solution tank) and within an hour, the pH leveled at 5.7 and was reading 5.5 48 hours later. I’m well satisfied with the Viagro pH Up nutrient solution pH adjuster and I’m happy that I can get it at Home Depot. Life doesn’t get any better than that.

To be honest with you I don't know that I saw great increases in the quality or appearance of my plans with this. I think potentially it helped a little bit but I am not 100 percent sure. Overall it was probably worth it and I don't think hurt anything. I think it is definitely worth a shot and if you are a little more diligent with you soil testing, you might have better results than I did.

(What's this)
Often times with certain nutrients my feeding water may be a little too acidic and I will need to add a PH up or a compound making my mixture more basic. I have found the Viagrow is just as good as the other two popular liquid PH up makers I have been using. I like the fact this solution adjuster is designed specifically for use with plants and is safe for edible variety such as my jalapenos and tomatoes I have been using on for a month now.

(What's this)
Received this product to use on my seedlings that I'm raising for my garden this year. I do this every year and a friend of mine said that my soil ph was out of whack causing my seedlings to look weak and not grow properly. I mixed a batch of this and are excited to use this and see if it solves the issues I was having last year. If it works I will be sure to let my fellow growers know how to solve this issue.
