I ordered mine online and had it delivered, so I don't know whether the store has people there. It is very easy to assemble though. It comes with all the necessary screws, a hex wrench, and clear, printed instructions.

This item is made up primarily of beech wood and plywood, the top panel is however MDF & veneer.
