A: Yes the Control Spray Max comes with the fine finish nozzle and it's designed for applying thin materials for fine finishing. Stain, polyurethane and thinned paints all spray great.
A: Thank you for reaching out to us. Control Spray Max doesn't come with a viscosity cup. If thinning is necessary as little as 5% can make a big difference. Use water for water based materials and mineral spirits for oil based materials. Up to 20% is fine. Never exceed the thinning advice given by the coating manufacturer. You can also add a flow agent, like Paint Easy by Wagner (this is not a thinner) for water based material. Make sure your material has been properly mixed and strained. A: Thank you for reaching out to us. The suction tube needs to be submerge in the material in order for the container pressurize correctly. The pressure will push the materiel up to the suction tube then go out the nozzle. If the material is running low in the container, exposing the suction tube then the material will start to splattering or spitting.
