Sonny, As long as you do not exceed the amp rating on the plug. Also it must be used in a dry water free environment.
Yes, as long as power consumption is not too much, and remember this plug IS NOT WATERPROOOF. I use for my patio LED lights, and I keep the plug under my patio awning.
NO not rated for that much power on a constant basis.
From the Belkin web site: GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS Electrical Ration: 120V~/15A/60Hz/1800W You should never load a circuit to more than 75 or 80% of rated capacity, so I would NOT recommend putting a 1500 watt space heater on this device.
Yes, it does. I have an older model so I had to install the iOS Wemo app first. You can then use the app to connect the plug to HomeKit. Once that is done, you can use HomeKit to control the plug. Newer versions of the plug come with a code that can be entered in the iOS Home app directly. I believe this lets you bypass the Wemo app but I don't have a newer version of the plug to test that with. Side note, you can connect the plug to both Apple and Google automated systems at the same time.
Per the Belkin web site: WORKS WITH APPLE HOMEKIT Wemo is compatible with Apple HomeKit, meaning you can control your Wemo Mini with the Apple Home app and Siri from your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or HomePod. Now you can ask Siri to turn on the lights and brew your coffee when you wake up.

No special bulbs needed. I have used mine to control incandescent heat bulbs in my chicken nursery, led lights in the house and even to make sure my son turns off his electric fireplace/heater in his room after leaving for school. It also works great for our Christmas tree and Christmas light on our front porch where rain cannot get to the wemo
You need to call their tech support. They need to have you upgrade their software there are old versions that don’t connect unless you turn location off and a bunch of other complicated steps
Hi. Get in touch with us at WemoCares@belkin.com so that we further assist you with the device. Don't forget to include your contact details and the link to this post as a reference.
No. It goes on and off. That’s it.
Not that i'm aware of.
I've had seven WeMo Minis installed for over a year, two of the seven have been plugged into a surge strip. I have not had a problem with any of them.
Yes, Dy. The Wemo F7C063 should still work fine even if it is plugged to a surge strip so long as it gets its required power rating to work and it won’t exceed its power rating too.
Sure, as long as the surge strip is turned on it will work just fine
No it must be plugged directly to the outlet.
Yes, if the surge strip is powered on.
