Web Riderz Platform Swing

A:  We recommend purchasing a tree strap (with carabiner) or the cyclone spin kit to safely add extra length to the Web Riderz swing. This swing has a 2ft maximum ground clearance so a 9ft swingset will be too high for this swing to hang alone.

A:  The more expensive has a stainless steel base.

A:  Dont know, I can ride on it with my grandsons. Had 3 kids and an adult on it at the same time and no worries.

A:  Hello, Thank you for your question. The Web Riderz Platform Swing ($79.41) and the Elite Stainless Steel Web Riderz Swing ($92.99) are comparable in size, dimensions and weight ratings. However, the Elite's frame is constructed out of stainless steel for greater resistance to corrosion, whereas, the Web Riderz frame is constructed from powder-coated steel. Both swings are age rated for 5 years and older. The life stage should be small kid, big kid and adult on both and will be corrected.

A:  Yes, kids love it! Great price. Just what we were looking for.

A:  I’m sure you could shorten the straps to make that work but it would be close. I got it for a tall tree branch swing which is terrific. Very strong and well made.

A:  Yes, the ropes are as long as you see here in the stock photo. I believe they would clear on a swing set just fine.

A:  Hello, At full length the ropes have an approximate max hanging height of 64", however, the ropes are adjustable. When hanging the swing it is recommended to modify the hanging height of the swing by adjusting the length of the ropes to a 18" minimum to 24" maximum ground clearance as noted in the instructions.

A:  You can shorten it. It comes with directions. Our swing set has about a 7 foot clearance. It comes about 10 inches from the ground.

A:  Should be. Instructions say to mount 18-24” off the ground. I was shooting for 7 feet to the mounting clip on the swing. How high from the ground you mount it is probably best determined by how big the kids are. If it needs to be raised, you can re-tie the four knots that support the ring.

A:  Yes it comes with the straps . And the straps are about 6’ long

A:  The straps do come with it. I don’t know the exact length of the sides, I think that is in the product description. We have it in a tall tree with chain. Our grandkids love it, and even have had adults join in. Would definitely purchase again.

A:  We ended up getting a yellow tow type rope to throw over the tree to give it the height it needed.

A:  No the straps to connect the ropes to the tree do not come with it. You have to purchase them separately. The total length of rope to the platform is six feet. But the swing has been great and exceeded my expectations.

A:  Tree straps are sold separately. The length of rope from connection point to platform is 64 inches.
