Also would like to confirm this will accommodate a 19" pick. Thanks.

Be careful with the bolts!
Used maybe 2 times and just found after using this bolt fell to the floor as it completely sheared in half.

Poor Quality
I bought two. The first went together ok, a load bearing shoulder bolt sheared on the second while tightening. Brought it back, bought another, same thing happened. Please stop using cheap, cast bolts and crappy lock nuts. Highly uninspiring in a product meant to keep me safe.

Shoulder bolts BROKE upon assembly!
Just out of the box, never even used, and the shoulder bolt BROKE upon assembly! A bolt of this size should never break like that. if that happened while up on a ladder, you could be killed or seriously hurt and that is not ok!
Read the reviews here and on Werner's website and you will see many people writing in about this problem. Typically Werner has a good name, but something has changed if this is happening...either a different manufacturer (currently they are made in Mexico) or a different, cheaper material being used.
If you call Werner, they will ship you out a new replacement hardware kit, which includes all the hardware needed for 2 ladder jacks.

Bought a pair of these today, brought them home and began assembly, the shoulder bolts and "lock nuts" are a joke, cheap Chinese hardware that serves a pretty critical role. On assembling the shoulder bolt and nut on which the platform support arm pivots with a spanner and 1/4" socket wrench the bolt itself sheared off! I guess I should be thankful it happened during assembly and not while I was 10' in the air!! I've never sheared a bolt with a small socket wrench.... I'm shocked that the included hardware in a sixty-five-buck assembly required device is so cheap, is it really worth the five or ten cents Werner saved vs. buying some actual quality hardware.

Safety First!
Bought ladder jacks and werner walk board to repair and replace soffit and repair rafters. Having fallen off a six foot ladder 30 years ago, i didn't want a repeat. Was able to secure walk board, but wanted to be safe prying off old boards. Bought two more ladder jacks and a two by four to bolt together to use as a safety bar. Worked like a champ!
