This repair kit fits Wilkins branded 3/4" ball valves manufactured before 2010 (pre-lead-free implementation). It's designed for Wilkins valves, not Zurn Wilkins 720A. Therefore, it will not be compatible with your Zurn Wilkins 720A valve.
No. These RK34-BVHD ball valve handles fit onto WILKINS branded 3/4" ball valves that were made up until around 2009 or 2010 (when Lead-free was implemented). The correct handles for your Febco 765-1 PVB would be P/N: 905450. The replacements handles are made of stainless steel and include a stainless steel retaining nut. They are often sold in pairs, but not always.
