64 oz. All-In-One Pressure Wash

I have a lower power electric 2,300 PSI pressure washer and had never used soap in the past, and using this product made a tremendous difference. During previous attempts there were stains that I was not able to remove at all, or at the very least required a slow and tedious washing process. I have included a before and after image showing the results for our fence on the dirtiest panel. Will never pressure wash again without being equipped with a product like this!

Helped me clean my truck

I have large areas of pavers, some surrounding a swimming pool, patios and large walkways. I started out with this product, but had a feeling it wasn't doing anything to make the job easier/better, so I stopped using it about 25% of the way into my project, and just used my power washer. There was absolutely no difference with ot or without it. The areas I used it on looked absolutely no different in the same amount of time. Actually takes longer to use it being you have to apply it and wait five minutes. There was even a small area on some wood shingles that had a bit of mold on it. It didn't even work on that...and yes I left it on for a good five minutes and kept it wet. Apparently my power washer alone is enough.

Zep is my go to pressure wash. Occasionally needs a little scrubbing on heavily algaed areas. Easy on vegetation. Just don't spill full strength on your grass. Another tip! I used pretty much full strength on the clear silicone caulking that had been applied to our new replacement windows 5 years ago. It had become a real mess with algae and pollen. Wet the area, applied with an old toothbrush, let set @ 5 minutes, scrubbed with the soft toothbrush and rinsed. Wife's happy. Good stuff.

My sidewalks were very discolored with a stubborn stain. Zep 3 in 1 helped loosen up that dirty stain.

Pros:Without adding bleach, this product works pretty good on vinyl siding. The same with cement board. It made 30 year old windows look brand new! Cons:Did not cut through concentrated mold spots, or stained orange at the bottom from the Georgia dirt. Definately wear safety glasses.

For the house clean

This product was very affordable which is why I went with it. I used it to clean off my truck which did a decent job with my pressure washer. I don't think it did a very good job on my concrete driveway though. I tried to get an oil stain less than a week old off of my concrete and it did not work for that. I've been using this product for over a year now and it's been fine. I haven't used it on my siding or painted porch yet. It did not meet my expectations. The product worked as intended. I was vert satisfied with it and it's price. I will use it again.
