Hello. We have set all of the presets for the timer and nothing works. We have double checked the time of day, timer set on and off times and still nothing is working. We have repeatedly pushed the button for "my time on" to start the timer - nothing.

    I have model 13479 which appears to be exactly the same. I have window candles connected to the timer and today they started blinking and blue lights on the timer also blinked. Why is this happening? Is this a battery issue? How can I change battery?

      i want to have the timer on for 5min then off for 25min and have it repeat this cycle indefinately. can this timer do that

            Easy to use
            [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with the indoor timer and available on/off settings. It’s very easy to use and program to your desired times. I have used the timer to control a fan in my room to keep things cool during the day but to only run when it’s hot vs all day. I also like the outlet is on the side vs the bottom which makes it easier to plug in your desired item to the timer.

              Easy to use and looks nice.
              [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This timer is very easy to use and understand. It looks attractive compared to other timers and has a low profile. You can program without it being plugged into wall, but if you want to select an option you have to plug it in first. I didn't like that the plugs were polarized (one plug larger and one smaller), but lacked the grounding plug. I can only speculate this was done to keep it thin and take up less space. Also, because the plug is polarized you can only plug it in one way on outlets. If you try to use this on a power strip you are going to run into the issue where you block several outlets on the strip. I would have liked it more if the plug was towards the top or given the option to rotate the plug. I do like the way the buttons are arranged on the face. They have a nice click to them and a blue light shows when activated. In the pictures shown I am using it to control an air freshener so I don't waste it when I'm not home. I don't like that I can't select different settings for different days. That would have made this a much better option for controlling lighting. Things I liked: Has a battery so you can program when unplugged. Slim profile Easy to use Attractive button layout and lights to indicate mode is active. Things I don’t like: Plug is polarized, but lacks a grounding plug. Due to the plug style can only be plugged in where an outlet is at bottom of timer. Can’t select different settings programmed for different days.

                  After thinking my timer was broken after 6 months, I discovered the Reset - r - button below the - my countdown - button. Unfortunately I had already bought another timer thinking it was broken and not having time to inspect etc. Glad it's not because I prefer this one after I realized how to get it working again lol.

                    I needed to return the digital timer because I could not use it. It needed to be upside down to insert in the outlet and very difficult to operate.

                    Bought 2 of these to provide set lights while I was away. I couldn't get either of them to work, even after I went and bought a new lamp (thinking my old one was the problem.) I went back to HD and bought a different brand timer and everything worked great. Maybe it's just my bad luck to get a couple lemons? Hope you have better luck.
