Questions & Answers
Alex had answered a prior question regarding if they retain their settings if on an external timer saying "The snowflake light resets to its default setting whenever it's switched off and on again.." What is the default setting when plugged in?
The default setting when the snowflake light is plugged in is Steady On.
Can this be hung on glass with a press on hook?
Yes, just make sure the hook is strong enough to support the weight of the item and the glass it's attached to.
Is this meant to be indoors
The product is suitable for outdoor placement but should be positioned in an area that is sheltered or covered.
Can the snowflake be put on a timer? Will the same setting (eg steady on) it was set to the previous day be the same setting it goes to the next day or does it default back to the first setting on the selector?
The snowflake light resets to its default setting whenever it's switched off and on again, so using a timer won't retain any previous settings.
How to connect 2 snowflake in one plug because I am interested to buy 2 snowflake
