Questions & Answers
Does the ring pivot or is it fixed?
Ni, thank you for your question. This product is not stationary. Best, Customer Care Team
The ring pivots from the wall to accommodate thicker towels.
It pivots
It pivots but pretty gently. Doesn’t clank back against the wall when you pull the towel out.
No, the ring does not pivot, it is fixed.
The height in the picture says 19”, is that correct? Then 7” diameter?
No, it’s a circle, so 7” diameter (which is also the height, plus about an inch for the part that goes into the wall) - no idea where they would get 19”!
Jennifer, Thank you for your question. That dimension is incorrect, I apologize for the confusion. The height of this product is 8.15 inches. Best, Customer Care Team
The ring is 7" in diameter.
No. The total height is 9 inches - diameter of the ring is 7". I love this towel holder!
What is the diameter of the ring large and the overall height?
OD is 7.5" and the bracket is about 2", so total mounted height is about 8.5"
Bren, Thank you for your question. The overall height is 8.15 inches and the diameter of the ring is 7.5 inches. The towel ring also sticks out 2.25 inches from the wall. Best, Customer Care Team
How far does it protrude from the wall?
CSM, Thank you for your question. The Lahara Towel Ring in Venetian Bronze has a projection of approximately 2.6 inches. Best, Customer Care Team
If I order this towel ring and it does not work can I return it?
Thanks for your interest in our product. You will need to contact the store for their return policy. Kind Regards, emccollum
the picture on this ad is a shiny finish while the shower says brilliance resembles brushed nickel. Brushed nickel is dull, which is this? I want all my times to match. thanks
Stainless Steel has a shiny finish but without the model for your shower kit, it is had to compare the two. Please call the Customer Care number for further assistance. Kind Regards, emccollum
