The weight capacity is 500 pounds
Does this come with a ladder? If not, which one will fit?
This does not include a ladder. Any ladder with a height of 40 to 42 inches will be compatible.
Can I purchase a new net, padding and foam pieces? The trampoline worked great, but I need to replace a few pieces feom being in the sun too long.
For replacements or parts, it is recommended to contact the vendor directly, for they can utilize your warranty.
Is the netting able to be removed?
Yes! The entire enclosure set it removable. We generally suggest removing the enclosure when expecting inclement weather such a severe rain storms, high winds or snow. We also suggest removing it if you are not planning on using the trampoline for an extended period of time such as during the winter if you live in a colder climate.
Just ordered this! What stakes do I need to secure it to grass?
Incorrect parts sent, directions didn't match the product sent. When I reached out to the manufacter they were closed for a over a week. They finally responded back 21 days after I made the purchase of the product and want so much information from me before they would even offer help. Buy a different brand.
