Air filter LT120F

It doesn’t fit. It a slanted square, not straight and the filter is too big to fit. I have to peel the tap off all 4 sides and remove the white plastic then force it in the slanted slot. See picture attached

LT120F air filter does not fit

The LG LT120F air filter does not fit my LGLRSXC2306S side by side refrigerator. The LT120F is basically square, and the refrigerator needs a rectangular air filter. I will be requesting a refund or the correct air filter. The correct size would be 4 1/2" tall and 2 3/4" wide.

SQUARE PEG, PARALLELAGRAM HOLE

This filter DOES NOT FIT the LRFLC2706S model refrigerator. I am not the first to state this. There is no real help offered anywhere.

Part does not fit LG Fridges read comments before

Even though this is recommended directly in the manual for my refrigerator it clearly does not fit, not even close. The frame is much larger and the slot in the air filter housing is diagonally oriented, not square. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying 6. I can't even find the right filter for my fridge.

Terrible Support!

I have been getting filters by using autoship for years but when I tried to change my credit card number and expiration date, LG website would not allow me to make changes. Called support and they could not help me and I could not give them my credit card info for them to make the changes, nor could I purchase filters through them. Had to get my wife to create her own account and have her order the air filters....absolutely disgusting support!
