About This Product
There is a wonderfully gentle air to this wall sculpture, that creates a flock of birds from metal. Gone is the heavy, solid feeling associated with metal as a medium, replaced by a shining, silvery lightness that makes these birds glide across the wall. This work is sure to catch the eye and yet it's a peaceful and relaxing image. The silhouette style of the birds lends them an air of distance, as they would appear in the summer sky.

Questions & Answers
can this be displayed outdoors
Hi drbeshears, we recommend that this item not be displayed outside. Thank you!
Is there some kind of finish I could apply to keep it from rusting? I’d like to put it on the front of my home.
Dear Milkdud, to avoid rusting, please apply a yearly coat with a sealer. You can buy those in a can form to spray over the wall sculpture following the product's instructions. Great choice!
Does it rust?
Dear Dodie, Since "Flock" is metal with Epoxy covered, it will rust on the back of it if it is directly exposed to the elements, however this will happen over a long period of time.

"Flowing" Hand Painted Etched Metal Wall Sculpture 46.9 in. x 25.2 in.
There is a peaceful flow to this metal wall sculpture, which gives it a strange quality. The work could be described like water or like sheet music or simply like nothing else, a series of bubble-like rings connected by flowing wires. The texture of the metal makes the piece feel modern and synthetic, but there's also a natural quality to the way it effortlessly drifts. The piece creates a sense of motion, but gentle and peaceful. This piece also allows the color of the wall behind to show through.
