No the color temperature cannot be changed.
My lights do not light up at all. I don’t see a switch anywhere like the sticker says it’s supposed to have.

Does this have a motion sensor to turn on/off when a car comes up? (I don’t want them on all night)
No, the item doesn't have a motion sensor.

Is the stake removable from the light?
Yes, we found that all you need to do is to hold onto the square head and twist the pole. They do separate. And look at the bottom of the head of the light, there is a switch to turn it on and off.

Can the bulbs be replaced with different bulbs?
No.
Is the battery replaceable
1.2V AA rechargeable battery. NiCd batteries are better than Ni-MH?s in solar applications as they last for more cycles and are more tolerant to overcharging. It comes with a 600 mAH battery but my testing revealed that they are really only about 250 mAH.
