I have city hard water. So this will not work or is there something I need to do?

Does it really reach 25 feet? I've used others and on the "rinse" mode it did reach my 2nd floor windows, but on the "wash" mode only reach about 5 feet....

Is it safe to clean windows on a log home?

This is NOT SAFE for a log home. Believe me, I used it and it left stains on my logs. It cleaned the windows really well but it's not worth damaging the stain on your logs. Now they will have to be sanded down and restained.
The specifications state this is a purchase for 160 oz. The bottle states 32 oz. Do you send 5 bottles?
