- Oven/microwave safe: PORTO BRASIL stoneware has a high mechanical and thermal resistance the recommended temperature range is around 464°F it can be safely used in the oven, microwave, and freezer if the handling specifications are respected avoid removing the product from the oven/microwave and placing it on a cold surface the same goes for removing the product from the freezer and putting it directly in the oven or microwave never use the product in direct contact with a flame or any other direct heat source
