I bought this in December for a Christmas present. It now has a split on one side of the rolled arm. What is the process to get it fixed or replaced.

Has anyone purchased the navy blue? Do you have an accurate color of how dark the blue is?
The color of the real product is closer to the pictures. Real product's color may be a little different from the images due to the lighting or monitor’s display.
Why did one side of my product not have the appropriate hardware attached?
