VERY LET DOWN BY DEWALT

I was so excited when I got this and it definitely fell super short. The whole machine spins around whenever you use it, the grips are complete trash and useless, which the spinning has cause the soap dispenser's hose to shave off. If I put it in the grass it buries it's self in my dirt causing giant holes. The top air filter came with a cheap foam, it does not allow air like it's suppose too, I have to remove the top part to start it almost every time, and it has been a nightmare to find a replacement part for it. The hose filter fell out because the cheap part did not fit correctly. I would not recommend this product!!

Great reliable pressure washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was delivered to us 2 days ago. I was able to use it for a few hours, just before the rain hit. It runs great, very easy to start, has amazing pressure, and the attachment nozzles that came with it were very useful. Looking forward to seeing everything I'm able to do with this in the near future, after the 2 days of rain stops.

Buyer beware of “warranty” on “Dewalt” product!

Purchased this last winter. Have used it twice. Second use water got through the pump seal and mixed with the oil. Not good. 1 year warranty…so there’s that. Unit is not manufactured by Dewalt. Went through manufacturer…suggested I take the unit to one of their “repair centers”. These aren’t corporate repair centers…they’re a group of independent repair joints that repair all sorts of equipment. Mine has been sitting there for 3 weeks. Have checked on it…no rush, haven’t touched it. At the point I may just pick it up and install a new seal myself. Poor experience.

Bad

⭐ 1 STAR — DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I bought this pressure washer for my business, expecting DeWalt quality and reliability. Unfortunately, after only using it a couple of times, the pump cracked and the machine completely lost pressure. The quality of the materials is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a machine that is supposed to be used for professional work. To make things worse, I paid extra for the protection plan through Home Depot. When the machine failed, I contacted Home Depot expecting them to honor the protection I paid for. Instead, they refused to take responsibility and sent me directly to DeWalt. DeWalt was no better. They told me I had to take the machine to a repair shop for a diagnosis and that I would probably have to pay for the inspection and the replacement parts myself. So what exactly is the point of paying for a warranty or protection plan if nobody is actually going to stand behind the product when it fails? This machine may work fine at first and give you the impression that you bought a quality product, but my experience has been completely different. A pump cracking after only a few uses is ridiculous and unacceptable. I bought this for my business, and instead of saving me time and money, it has cost me both. I strongly recommend staying away from this pressure washer. There are better options out there, and I regret wasting my money on this one. DO NOT BUY IT. Save yourself the headache, wasted money, and wasted time.

Leaks Water Into Oil - Really bad experience.

I had a really bad experience with this pressure washer. I only used it a couple of times before it started leaking water into the oil. I am a contractor and had my last power washer for almost two decades without a single problem. I even replaced the broken parts on this one, and it again only lasted through one cleaning. I am really disappointed with this product and the fact that DeWalt won't stand behind it. This was a really bad experience, and I would not recommend anyone buy this.

It’s junk. Motor seized after 3 washes and the warranty you pay for is worthless

It’s Junk!!! Motor seized up after 3 washes. Took it to the store. They refused to help. I told them to keep their junk and left. Called to dispute the charges. They transferred me to warranty because I paid the warranty. The warranty said it was under a year, go through manufacturers warranty. Do you remember when I said I left it there? That’s why. I’m stuck with a $550 bill on my Pro Credit Card. Home Depot sells junk and doesn’t warranty anything. Turns out you pay a failed car and home company called Allstate for warranty they found honor. Go compete else.

Very difficult to start!!

Extremely difficult to start. Store stated there are NO RETURNS PERIOD. But yet on a demo on youtube it stated a 90 day return was available. Home 🏠 depot stated that it had to be in an unopened box. So, I can't use it to see how I like it??? How then would one know if they liked it or not? Very poor policy, not designed to benefit the customer.
