Q:The package arrived without the attaching hardware (e.g. 8 bolts, 8 lock nuts, 8 washers), but everything else was fine. Is it possible to get only the attaching hardware?

    A:  Hi, We cannot add wheel castors on it since wheel castors can be screwed underneath and the design of the rack it has no metal underneath where it can screw the wheel castors unless if it is going to be welded. Hope this helps.

          Q:What hardware is needed to assemble this product? We only received the bars, but no screws/hardware. The product description does not mention what SHOULD be included, so we can't tell what we are missing until we revisit the store to ask an employee.

          A:  This people don't know what tehy are doing. I got one bar missing so I can't assemble anything. In your case, you are supposed to get screws...they ripped you off too. Sorry.
