A: No expiration date
A: Unfortunately, I never found them effective.
A: I bought this last year, and just opened up two of them, they work well. and the flies seem just as attracted now as last year. I had not noticed an expiration date.
A: MANUFACTURER: PIC CORPORATION TELEPHONE NUMBER (General Inquiries): (908) 862-7977 I was unable to locate anything specific. I found the number of the manufacturer.
A: Nope, these gooey things last forever. Both you and bugs will stick to them forever until there is no room left for more flying insects.
A: The poisons used in some older types of flypaper could potentially be toxic to humans and other animals. Historically, metallic arsenic (a well-known toxin to humans) was used in flypaper. ... Most modern brands of flypaper contain no poison, but only a non-toxic adhesive such as rosin
A: No, this fly ribbon trap only contains a non-toxic adhesive.
A: No dog
A: I have dogs and cats, both have chewed or walked away with them attached to their fur. I still try to keep out of their reach. I cannot imagine them swallowing anything except a tiny piece as the glue is more annoying than attractive.
A: Keep far out of reach of pets or children. It does not have poison on strip but you will never get glue off fur. This is a great old school type item. It gets bugs stuck on glue and they cant get off. Question answered by a customer like you!
A: Maybe, but consult your Vet.
A: No cat
A: As long as get away from the useless thing.

A: I have a bad fruit fly infestation in my house from when Istored grapes in my house for a few days before processing. I tried the diy apple cider vinegar trap and it worked for while but then they totally stopped being interested and I still had a 100 hanging around on my kitchen ceiling. I bought these. They will eventually land on them. I actually taped the cylinder and the other end to the ceiling to create a hammock (both sides are EXTREMELY sticky, do not attach them to the wall directly!) and put an apple core or tea bag in the middle of the hammock to help bait them. That worked even better.
A: Yes it does.
A: Yeah it should work as long as they fly by it or to it.
A: Yes, the fly trap does work for fruit flies.
A: Yes. Almost any bugs that land on it stay stuck to it.
A: it doe not have a smell so they might be ok but not really sure. But I will say this do not let it touch your hair or skin, very very sticky.
A: I would not be that near this. I would recommend it further away from you than right over your head.Perhaps putting the ribbon over by a window that is at least 6 feet away would be better.
A: Yes there is no poison. Its a glue strip. Bugs land on it and never get off. Its the best thing for gnats I have found. Answered by a customer like you!
A: Great question! This product is made by PIC Corporation, which licenses the Raid® brand name from S. C. Johnson and Son, Inc. You can reach them by calling 800-799-7302 (Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM CST). – Mai Song, SC Johnson Consumer Care
A: Yes
A: The ribbon traps lure in the flies, they have an attracting scent to them. Garbage also attracts flies as well. I would suggest hanging them in an area where they are not competing with the garbage
A: This is because they are junk. Buy Victor brand, they actually work.
A: The same is true with my strips. No good.
A: But this product instead, http://www.homedepot.com/p/RESCUE-Fly-Tape-3-Pack-FT3-SF8/203736401?keyword=fly+tape. This colorful one worked like a charm for me!
A: I had the same experience. This product is worthless for trapping flies. After a week it did catch a couple of gnats.
A: Probably they are too near the garbage which has a stronger odor than the ribbon. Move the ribbon farther away so that the flies do not gravitate towards the smelly garbage. Probably need to wash the cans out as well and spray them with fly spray as well.
A: There is nothing that attracts bugs to land on these, but my experience is that when they did land on it, they stuck. Once these are out for a while, I don't know if they dry out or get covered with dust, bug they become ineffective.
A: As long as you follow the directions they work fine, would buy again , but ten in a pack is more than enough.
