About 80% will be good. If you’re like me and give your customers the best then you’ll discard around 20% because they’re just trash. The process to pressure treat them has become a rush. Therefore you get rushed results

As lumber dries, it may split, cup and warp, which are natural occurrences of wood. we appreciate your business and value your review. I picked up 3 of these to replace steel posts for my backstairs railings that had rusted out at the base. Instead of dropping a few Bens on all new railings, I was able to replace the posts with these and attach to the handrails. After some black spray paint you have to squint to see what I did.

They were so crooked there is no way I would build a deck with these. Returned less than a day after purchased!

As the lumber dries, it is natural for it to experience splitting, cupping, and warping, which are common characteristics of wood. Poor Quality Product
1) Item does not meet published specs. Specs say spindles measure 2" x 2"; but they are undersized and actually measure a skimpy 1.5" x 1.5"
2) One face of every spindle was very roughly sawn and that face was badly out-of-square in relation to the other faces.
3) Many of the spindles had very large knots running the full width of the spindle and weaken those spindles badly.
I plan on returning the worst of the lot and do not recommend this item to anyone.

Prowood is very strong and less expensive. I bought it for supporting the vices and it served the purpose.
