Programming it was easier than I expected.

Instructions easy to follow, no problem with programming.

I thought it didn’t work and tried to replace the battery only to see another button inside the remote that apparently is the programming button, pressing that twice allowed me to program the remote. Would have been easier with some instructions

Really a nice remote to carry on your keychain I really didn’t need one since my Q7 has all the bells and whistles and I have a keypad but it’s a good backup when opening the garage without using the car !!!!

Easy to program and convenient for on the go or a key chain.

I bought four different Chamberlain remotes-two of the one-button remotes that attach on the visor, and two of the keychain remotes. Our of the four I purchased, not one single remote synced with our garage door opener. Not one. The most obvious questions, I’ve already answered myself: -yes, the garage door opener works. It is plenty capable of opening and closing the garage door without effort (at this point, the only option we have is to raise and lower the door via the single button by the door that leads into the house) -yes, each remote has batteries. New batteries. -yes, Chamberlain states both types will work with the garage opener I have. I made sure to have the make, model number, year, and other identifying factors of my opener *before* I headed out to purchase remotes. I literally quadruple checked my notes against the boxes of the remotes; I took *extreme* care to make sure my purchase was the correct one. The instructions inside the box-we followed them to a T; this time *two* of us were there to read the opener, the box, and the instructions. Chamberlain’s step-by-step instructions are terrific, the instructions are easy to follow. I’d be amazed, frankly, if anyone without four non-functional remotes could *not* figure this out. The fact remains: we now own four remotes, and we’re still parking our cars outside. We’re parking our cars outside, we have four non-functioning remotes inside our house, and we’ve gone from mildly irritated because we’re parking outside to *really* unhappy campers.

The keychain remote works as advertised. The problem is that the button is so sensitive that i end up triggering garage door at random times when using keys for other things.

Needed this remote to program our new car to our older (2008) Chamberlain garage door opener. We no longer had the original remotes. Worked great - easy to program using the purple Learn button on the door opener unit. Then we programmed the car's HomeLink with the remote without any troubles.

Easy to hook up, works great.

I bought this remote in July when I got my new car since it doesn’t have built in clickers. With this one you have to cross the sensor beam after opening the door or it won’t close. I am also disappointed because it is so limited in which manufacturers it works with.

I purchased one for both of my sons then I became jealous.... It's the perfect remedy for people thinking they've parked in the driveway but actually parked in the garage.... I love my remote!!!!!...Also... If someone breaks into my car while it's parked in the driveway, the thief would also have access to my garage with the visor remote....

The remote was easy to program and use. This is the second one I ahve purchased and they are reliable.
