Multiple dents in multiple garage doors. Eventually I gave up trying to replace them. The door works fine, but looks awful from the inside.

Comes with hardware for the rear bracket, but no rear bracket! AND attempt to close, it only closes to about 1' off the ground. Had to buy the torsion bar conversion kit to fix. Door quality is good, but should have not purchased.

The door had everything in the kit that we needed, except for the rubber seal to go around the sides. The bottom was already attached

Pretty easy to put together, for what it is. The instruction/labeling could use some help, but they weren't bad. I used an impact driver to speed up the installation, I don't think I would want to try to do the install with just a wrench/ratchet. There was a pretty massive heat difference for me with a west facing garage door. Previous was an old wood garage door with windows.

Lived up to the reviews from other buyers. Installation was fairly easy. Love the look. Went from a wooden non insulated door to this one. happy with purchase.

I scored this product a 1 for two reasons, customer service and end product. A properly installed 7' garage door fully open should be just that, fully open and not hanging down 6''. It cant be adjusted. Customer service is non existent, I gave up trying.

simple installation ,took me 2 afternoons by myself adjusted as per instructions and door is very easy to operate, one handed. looks great on the front of my house.

Overall I am satisfied with the doors. I would recommend but one of the sections was dented. A couple of the bracket holes did not align properly so I created new mounting holes. The instructions were well written.

This garage door has been a nightmare to install. The spring system on it is very old school and it doesn’t give us a good sense of security of opening or closing the door. We had to drill a few holes that were not in the metal. Not impressed at all.

The construction of the door and the appearance are very good. The value is very good as well. However, take my advice and open the box and inspect the panels before you leave the store. Out of 2 boxes, 5 out of 8 panels were of such poor quality they were unusable. I called to toll free number and they instructed me to bring the poor quality panels back to the store for an exchange. Customer service was very friendly and apologized. I took 1 entire door and 1 panel back to exchange. 3 days and 2 stores later and after sorting through a total of 6 boxes, I finally have enough panels of sufficient quality to install 2 doors. Do yourself a favor and insist on inspecting them at the store to avoid this nightmare. Once I received all the panels of sufficient quality I needed, the doors look great. I would have loved to give them 5 stars, but the 3 days of lost time and inconvenience can't be overlooked.

Very easy to install. My husband installed two doors. The first one took about a day, only because he painted it first then had to dismantle old doors. Very easy instructions and the doors look great!!The second door went faster as he had already read instructions for the first one so it was a piece of cake, 1/2 the time.

Good instructions. Take care to keep track of the hardware and you will be ok. One person can install it but better with two for sure.

Had some knee dents on the inside . Unhappy about it.

replaced a previous model with less insulation. Now the door is heavier and my 15 yr. plus opener may have trouble soon. Had to oil it twice to keep it going....

I'm sure there are better doors out there but for the money they are good quality, quiet, and easy to install. All local installers were booked 4-6 weeks out so I attempted my first garage door install and was done in about 3-4 hours per door.
