Had to return one of the doors because of manufacturing issues on the bottom panel and on the second door there were also problems with manufacturing quality issues but went ahead and used the door anyway.

I am pleased with the door. Home Depot shipped the door directly to my address over a month earlier than they projected. Instructions on assembly and installation could use some refinements.

fairly decent door for shed or outbuilding. extention springs are not my go to usually. but in a pinch this works. on a home garage I would convert to torsion spring system. the panels and hardware themselves are mid-level. you can spend more. you can spend less

The doors had dings in them right out of the box. I had to install them because I could not find replacements in stock at Home depot stores in my area.

It is all bent inside and out from manufacturing. I will never purchase another clopay product.

Not the best quality but you get what you pay for. For my needs it is perfect. If you are not looking for a pricey door I would absolutely recommend this product. The door is cheap in price, it’s insulated, was not damaged at all when received, and was relatively easy to install as long as you are somewhat handy.

Completely removed my old door and hardware, replaced with this one. Followed the directions and found it a fairly easy project but time consuming. You will need some power tools and mechanical capabilities. I did it by myself but recommend others to try that. Fit and finish is great and the ez set torsion spring system is awesome compared to the old days. Regular Joe home owners can do this now. Door is whisper quiet with the right opener.

I replaced my old (broken) garage doors with the Clopay Classic. I have to say these are really well made doors. And the insulation is very thick and should aid in keeping my garage (play room), comfy. I recommend these.

I took twice as long to install as a professional would. I replaced all framing and brackets. Came out beautiful.

Real nice door for the price, arrived in great shape, installation was pretty simple,instructions were pretty easy to follow, great improvement over old wooden door and much quieter due to insulation, no doubt will keep garage much warmer during cold weather.

Easy to install. Used old existing rail and springs. Would purchase it again and recommend it. Was a little ding in one of the panels on the inside.

Outside finish could be made more durable

Door arrived at scheduled time. All of the parts were there. Had to supply my own torsion spring winding bars to remove my old door. Followed the instructions and didn't have any trouble. From start to finish took me about a day and a half. Only had help setting the panels. Did everything else myself.

This is the same door I got for my about two years ago and they are nice.

Started to rust after 5 years. Contacted them,they said it doesnt cover surface rust,only if it rusts through. Talked to a rep in home depot. He said that's not true,called back got same story.

Two creased panels ... great job clopay...

Good directions and easy to install. I would recommend these doors and in addition the Clopay EZ-Set Extension Spring Kit P/N EZ-EKIT-7. The EZ-set kit made setting the extension spring tension fast and effortless.

Nice clean door, inside and out. We painted our exterior dark brown, and it looks factory!

The instructions were clear and concise. The install was fairly easy and the quality of the door was very good. I just wish that the standard spring was a torsion spring vs. the extension springs it came with, especially for the $600 price tag.

Had it delivered to my home. Upon assembly the last piece was damaged beyond use. Had to take piece back to store and exchange, lost 4 hours of work time due to phone calls and drive time to get replacement part. Rep from homedepot.com was very helpful
