Warped
Purchase 5 panels to line a small closet. All came warped beyond use. Let them site for 2 weeks - no luck. Tried with weights for another 2 weeks - no luck. Tried to attach one panel with Liquid nails and brands - no luck. Warp was so bad the sides popped with ease.
Going to try and return the remain 4 - fingered crossed they’ll take them back.

sturdy - but cedar is only a thin veneer, with very little aromatic quality

The vendor for this was wonderful and cut it exactly how we needed for free. Actually had a different use for this. We used it to cover an ugly border that wouldn’t come off. Instead of crown molding. Looks great

I apologize for the issues you had with our product. Cedar can be a very knotty specie of wood and open knots can be possible and are typically within grade. There can be a lot of color variation as well, sometimes having a purple hue. As far as durability, it is meant for interior decorative use only, and should hold up when used in appropriate applications. This product is not meant to be used in a high moisture area. We use a glue that is water resistant, but not waterproof. It is not designed to hold up to long term moisture. Thanks - Michael

Board was very warped and low quality wood. Several places...
Board was very warped and low quality wood. Several places were filled in a black putty (probably knots that fell out?) that did not match the wood, and the veneer of cedar was flakey and peeling in several places. I’m sure that if I were to see many of these in person that I could find a decent one, but I had to order online and was simply given an overpriced piece of garbage. Very disappointed with the quality.

The cedar plywood exceeded my expectations. I was able to completely line the chest and the 3 drawers with the three 2 by 4 foot sections. I plan to use this again. I am also showing the pictures to a high school shop teacher that has students constructing similar chests.
