An environmentally friendly soy-based technology is used to secure the 3 plies on this lovely PureBond White Oak Plywood Project Panel, providing a craftsmen workpiece that is as durable as it is beautiful. The formaldehyde-free adhesion compound has a higher moisture tolerance than UF-laden panels and the multilayered construction makes it less likely to warp than solid wood. Furthermore, it won't release airborne contaminants into your interior space over time, as urea formaldehyde (UF) sheets commonly do, making it a cost-competitive alternative that won't subject you to harmful fumes. Each 1/4 in. x 4 ft. x 4 ft. panel features white oak veneers that are plain-sliced from domestically harvested timber in a sustainable manner, giving you peace of mind that you are purchasing an Earth-conscious forest product.

This could be a good application depending on how it is constructed. Call us at 800-637-1609 and we can discuss in more detail to say for sure. Thanks - Michael
Under the product details section there is a link that will take you to our custom cut form. Submit that form after selecting the dimensions of the cut pieces you want to receive. Then you complete the order through the Home Depot website and we will cut it before shipping it out. Usually the next business day! Thanks - Michael
This panel is cut from a 4x8, which has a plain sliced white oak face. They are equally laid out on the 4x8 panel, but once we cut it down to a 2x4, the veneer slices may not be equal on the ends. They wouldn't be random, but that would be the reason that you might see a difference in width. Call if you have any more questions: 800-637-1609. Thanks - Michael
This could be used for that application, but I would like to discuss more details about your application to provide guidance on fastening methods. Feel free to call me at 800-637-1609 to discuss. Thanks - Michael
I would recommend discussing adhesive options with your local pro or an expert in that area. They will be much more familiar with the products available on the market today. You're still welcome to call me anytime to discuss, 800-637-1609. - Michael
Hello, The panel will work fine in bathrooms. The adhesive used is a water resistant but not waterproof glue. As long as the panel is not submerged in water repeatedly it will be fine. If the panel is not sealed well – it will take on moisture and move some. It is an all wood panel.
Hello John, The 1/4" panel will only have White Oak on the face side of the panel. The back of the panel will have a different specie like red oak on the back. The 1/2" & 3/4" panels have white oak on face and back. The edges of the panel will take stain but will look different. You could apply white oak edge banding on thicker panels and it will stay the same.
The project panels are exact dimension in width and length. Thanks - Michael
