This is a nice solid electric box. The only problem I had was with the wire size. I had to use number 4 wire from my main electric box to this one, but this box was made for number 6 wire or smaller. So I had to be a bit creative in attaching my big wires to this box.

The cover would not close over ergonomic pull handle on rv cable. Had to purchase 50A to 50A pigtail and cut off handle and cut lip off bottom over cover so door would close

The Connecticut Electric 60 Amp RV Panel Outlet appears to be well built and looks good. However, with a 50 amp cable plugged in the lid makes contact with the cable and does not close. The lid would just hang open and flap around. It’s badly designed.

Work perfectly for my Rv set-up

I just installed this panel for our RV. The front door has a bump in it for the power cable. However, the door will not close because the bump does not allow sufficient room for the 50 amp power cable that came with my Grand Design RV. I also have a Power watchdog with a similar plug. The door will not close over that plug either. Overall, the quality does seem good if you can get your cable inside the door.

Excellent quality box... I had to add neutral and ground bar lugs to accept #4 aluminum wire, but no problems.

Good quality, as expected …and the front cover has a bump to accommodate the RV plugs with pull handles (which is not shown in the item picture).

The ground strap was not long enough for one thing. Our electrician had to find a longer strap. The connector terminals on the 60 amp breaker would not open up enough for a proper size wire. It took our electrician a lot longer to connect this box than it should have because of the modifications he had to make in order for this box to work properly and safely.

Did the job as designed. Should’ve been packaged better one of the levers was bent.

Knock outs were very hard to remove, otherwise all goog.

Just mount and hook up real easy.

I am very satisfied with this product. However, if you have a power cord with a three finger pull, you will need a deeper box.

It was easy to install the down side is you can not shut door when the plug is installed leaving open to all weather conditions
