The hinges are working properly but do to the cheep pot metal design the mounting bracket keeps breaking. I wanted to buy spars but miss inventory so you didn't even any more

Get these hinges to replace my broken lazy Suzane door hinges. These fitted and functioned perfectly on my old door.

Replace a old one made in Austria not exactly the some buy work.

The repair is complete and everything works great. I must report that I received outstanding customer service to help find the right replacement part. We did not find it in stock at the store.(Fred?, older gent with an apron) brought me to a computer and we searched on-line to find it. Cheers, JD

My main criticism, and an important one, is that I found the adjustment screws on the Everbilt 165 hinge to be difficult to use. I think the overall quality on the Blum 170s, including adjustment, is better at the same price point.

Perfect fit; easy installation

This was too big for my kitchen cupboard, so I had to return it. You did not have the size I needed.

Little stressful installing by myself but got it done and is holding up well.

Well built, fit perfectly. Only had to redrill cabinet holes, mounting bracket holes were moved.

The snap on feature of this hinge to the cleat seems like a poor choice. I could not keep the bottom hinge snapped on and tried several different adjustments. I called product support but they were useless. Everbilt was supposed to call me but never did. So I have lazy Susan door falling off in a rental apartment that should have been a quick fix but is turning out to be a time and labor vaccum.

Bought the item and it didnt work. Brought it back an hour later. Went to customer service and the scan the item and said it was returned already. ??? Asked if was return and i used a credit card why wasnt my credit card reimbursed. They had no answer. After complaining they gave ne a store credit. Apparently Home Depot Copaigue ny is a place that an employee is doing something wrong. Ask for my receipt and told them by request at the check to email me. Apparently it printed one too and someone took the receipt grabbed a similar product and returned it without leaving the store and an employee gave them cash. Shame on home depot for the employee they hired.
