Are they Soft Close?

What is the weight limit on these bad boys? I have solid oak cabinets doors some with glass some without. These will work perfectly if they can support around 25lbs.

These hinges are labeled as 1-3/8” overlay on the packaging. The actual overlay on a face frame cabinet is approximately 3/4” when the lateral adjustment is at maximum. Is there some kind of trick to get these to 1-3/8” overlay?

How do you open the hinge if you have closed it before mounting? It snaps closed and then won't reopen.
There is a pushbutton latch on the end of the hinge that attaches to the cabinet wall.
What is the overlay on these hinges when installed on a face frame cabinet?

These do not seem to be 1-3/8 overlay. I have tried using the overlay adjustment screw, but my door is still not able to close properly. Is there something I'm missing?
