Love the new dishwasher. Very quiet! I have to put my ear next to the dishwasher to hear it! Dishes (even plastics) are dry when I empty the dishwasher.

So far so good. Quiet machine. Love the 3rd track for utensils. Wifi function is simple and handy for running machine remotely; works with both Alexa and Google home assistants.

Great so far. It looks great, washes well and dries to warm on turbo boost. The 25 year old dishwasher that it replaced, also a GE Profile still works well, but we started finding little pieces of plastic inside so it seemed to be near end of life. So we replaced it with the PDT785. If I have any complaints about the new unit, it is with the rack system. The old racks were cleverly sculpted to accept and hold steady a wide range of items. Stemmed wine glasses and small glass dishes included. The new racks, I suppose we will have to get used to. Also I'm curious about the use of a garden hose fitting for the water inlet, when did you ever use a garden hose that didn't leak. I plumbed it in with copper pipe, so hopes are high that the hose fitting will retain it's integrity over time.

Great dishwasher and easy to replace my existing one. I love the interactive feature with the smart app on my cell phone

Doesn't get the dishes clean. Wasn't installed correctly and the top rack rolls out - the installer is unable to get it right.

My new dishwasher runs great and cleans the dishes better than any previous dishwasher. However, the wire structure of the top rack has large spaces between them and small drinking glasses tend to slide and lean over instead of staying straight downward. GE should make the wire structure for the top shelf with smaller openings.

This is a great dishwasher so far. We’ve only had it a couple weeks.

Defective on arrival. LD error codes. Washer has been installed 8 weeks, only working 2 of those weeks. Several call-outs from GE service, not fixed yet, VERY painful working with GE service and getting service call-outs scheduled. When it works, does run quiet and cleans well, dries well

Looks good, newest model, but too many issues upon arrival. Scraping sound while pulling upper shelf, doors are falling down. Side plug buttons were not installed by installers, did it myself when found those buttons loose on the counter, then read an attachment to manual. Unable to connect to wifi. Hopefully dishwasher will not be repair hassle. Next day had to call for service.

Like I said in my previous review - the 3rd rack is useless. At the present time I am experimenting my through various combinations of the cycles, etc., to determine if there is one cycle that will get the grit that remains on my glasses and plates. I also generally have to clean out the inside of my pots and pans after the dishwasher cycle is complete because it leaves a residue on the insides of them. As it appears to me at the present time - there is a great possibility the dishwasher is NOT getting enough water as it cycles through the process to ensure cleanliness of the dishes that have been washed. I have to wipe off the inside of the door at the completion of every wash cycle because there remains streaks of detergent on inside of the door. A machine this expensive should do a sparkling job every time. I have used the detergent and rinse aide you all sent with the dishwasher; I am now onto other brand detergents and rinse aid.

It started leaking a few days after it was installed

Very quiet dishwasher! Would buy again. My old he was too loud and would wake up the entire house and you couldn’t have a conversation over it.

Quiet. Cleans dishes well. Racks flimsy, one of the welds has separated and pulled from frame. Default for display should be sleep. No motion should trigger display. Have to use Sabbath setting between washes to keep from beeping and lights flashing if we went near dishwasher.

So far, we love it. Cleans very well and is very quiet.

This is absolutely the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned or ever heard running! On a couple of occasions I even opened the door to add something to it, only to find that it was running! Does a much better job than my old dishwasher at cleaning not only the dishes, but also the pots and pans. And my old dishwasher was more than twice the cost! It has a third (upper) tray for flatware which is a nice thought, but doesn’t always seem to get everything as clean as using the basket and it takes space away from putting some taller items in the top rack. I find also that I can’t load as much in this dishwasher as my last one and end up having to run it more frequently. But overall, I am very pleased with it.

It’s soooo quiet! I love the interior design - it’s seems like it has more room than our old one. The space is well planned now I want every appliance to be a GE Profile !

Purchased this unit to replace a 18 year old Profile dishwasher that still worked great except the dispay of time no longer worked and the part was not available. This new unit is very stylish and complements the older Profile appliances int he kitchen It is extremely quiet as I never hear it. Great quality.

Love how clean the dishes look and very quiet! Would definitely recommend to someone looking to purchase a dishwasher.
