Quietest dishwasher ever ! The dishes are so clean

Arrived on time and the delivery team was great. It is very quiet when cleaning. Wi-Fi connectivity was easy. Bad The water inlet is cheap plastic, Plastic threads easily stripped. Hard to get the 90-degree elbow on with a watertight seal. Toe kick bolts & holes. The holes were not pre-threaded, so it was hard to get bolts in. There is a plastic vent on bottom that easily catches toe kick. After a few uses, some part of the vent broke. This is a serious design issue which is unacceptable.

The 1st unit had dead panel up on arrival, so homedepot sent us replacement. However after a little over 1 year use, the green clean light disappeared, all the cup wash nozzle melted due to high temp and pump doesn’t work anymore. This dishwasher no longer able to wash dishes! My old one lasted over 12 years. This one is junk!!!! 1 year warranty means it will dead after 1 year. GE should recall this dishwasher!!!

Don’t like that the handle is not flush with the dishwasher. Have hit my hip several times but finally getting used to the. I don’t feel the top shelf gets the dishes clean. I am also having a difficult time learning the best way to load this one verses my Whirlpool. Also don’t like how touchy the controls are. Too often I touch them when I don’t want to. So far, not impressed with this GE.

Very easy to keep the stainless clean also the machine is very quiet.

We have had the dishwasher for 2 weeks. So far loving it. Super quiet you don't even know it is running! The dishes have been coming out clean.

I love the look, sleekness of this dishwasher. When the unit is running you barely hear it! The washing cycles are great and I haven’t had anything requiring a second wash! Definitely recommend this product!

We have had the dishwasher a little over a week. Quiet & cleans well. Our previous GE dishwasher leaked in the bottom front onto our wood floor every time I ran it. We purchased the same exact model but no leaking so far. I gave it 4 stars because I don’t like how the door, when opened just drops to the floor. There doesn’t seem to be any tension in the door hinges.

Amazingly quiet machine. Thoughtfully designed and efficient.

We bought this dishwasher and it was easy to install where our old one was. Was glad there were new hoses and clamps. After using the dishwasher for about a week, it clean well. I’m happy the silverware are clean too. ( my last one never cleaned the silverware.) and it is moderately quiet.

I love my new dishwasher! The top rack is so easy to raise or lower, the bottle jets are pure genius, the 3rd rack makes tiny, light things easy to wash and the variable dry boost is great! Jets in the cutlery baskets too! All of that, and it is so quiet, which is an amazing bonus in an open plan house.

What a nightmare. This unit was installed damaged. I called Home Depot to report it. I'm now on my third attempt at getting an undamaged dishwasher. All units have been damaged or there's been a problem with delivery/installation team. To make matters worse, the team doesn't know how to even install the units. The side skirts that protect your cabinets weren't installed either.

Absolutely silent! We had a very quiet dishwasher before this model but this one is so quiet I'm not positive anything is happening. Thank goodness for the display.

This is my second GE dishwasher in 25 years. The first one lasted 10 years - with everyday use. The dishwasher is very quiet and cleans very well.

This was the dishwasher I always wanted! However, after 18 months of use my middle rack just detached from the wall on one side. It looks like some kind of spot weld, not screws or anything fixable. Not sure what we are going to do at this point. Also, the soap area is very small limiting the type of soap pods you can use. It says finish on it so I'm guessing that's the ones they want to limit you to. The area to put the dry aid is also very small and has to be filled weekly.

The quietest dishwasher I’ve ever owned. Washes well, my glassware comes out like new. I would recommend this product.

Dishwasher installed and after the third use, and every time after that, it discharges a lot of water on the floor. HD disowns it and GE giving me the run around. I recently purchased this and a GE fridge, first time ever purchased GE. I have already replaced the refrigerator at a total loss, and looks like I'll need to replace the GE dishwasher for a total loss. Terrible products from GE, terrible client commitment from HD.

Dishwasher didn't work for 2 months. There appeared to be no power to the water jets. It is now "fixed" but still doesn't clean dishes reliably. See photos.

So far so good. Bottle jets are very useful. App interface is seamless and helpful. The notification to clean the filter is one good example. With just a month’s worth of use totally 39 cycles, according to the tally in the app, I’m happy with the unit. I look forward to years of durability and would like to be able to give 5 stars in 7 years.

I can only say that this is an amazing dishwasher; I love the DRY Boost, and the dishes always come out looking SO SHINY and CLEAN! No water spots, no puddles....the dishwasher never smells musty as it keeps itself dry..and I can always keep in touch with my new sweetie on my smart phone. LOL.....this appliance is WELL WORTH the extra few hundred bucks. I'm so happy with it- with my old diswasher we had to basically wash the dishes before the went in...now we just rinse and stuff in there- sometimes we don't even rinse.....the difference is like night and day! Plus, the sheer beauty of the GE Profile line simply elevates the WHOLE KITCHEN. :)

Don't buy, racks are melting, would not buy again.

The first year this dishwasher was amazing. The second year has been a nightmare. We started to get a H20 code about 6 months ago that would stop the cycle after starting. We have paid a serviceman to attempt to fix it to which they said all connections are good, nothing is twisted or obstructed. This is a newly built home (nov 2020). Since then it intermittently works and have flooded twice. The machine is less than 2 and a half year old and of course out of warranty. Horrible product.

Installation was quick and easy. Everything works as advertised.

Over all, we are happy with the dishwasher. It is print resistant and easy to clean. It is super quiet - really have to try to hear it running. 3 racks are great - small items in top rack don't fall through the gaps as they would in a regular rack. The adjustable (up or down) middle rack is perfect as sometimes I have bottles or large glasses (down position) and when there are taller plates or cookware in the bottom, I can move the middle rack up. Most of the time everything comes out clean and shiny, but not always. One problem is the tine placement on the bottom - my square dishes don't sit evenly and sometimes fall onto one another which causes spotty washing. (see picture). Bowls towards the front of the middle rack sometimes come out unwashed too - I suspect from the angle they sometimes end up sitting. I haven't tried different detergents, but do keep the rinse aid full and still my thin wine glasses end up with very small water spots that I have to wipe off. Maybe a different detergent brand would alleviate this? I get a notification in the Smart HQ app when the cycle is complete - I haven't really been able to use the remote start through the app - not as easy as it sounds, need to read up on that more.

This dishwasher is amazing!!! So quiet you don’t know if it’s working or not!!! My dishes come out perfectly clean, and I don’t “wash” them before loading the dishwasher!!! I do scrape out the food, if any, but that’s all! And it doesn’t use much water at all!!! So happy with this purchase!!!
