Hi, KerinsEverydayServicesLLC - While we appreciate your review and input, our HomeFlex CSST system is designed for not only the professional but also for the handyman as well. It's not a complex installation process but does require some knowledge and/or research as to how to properly (and safely) configure a system that will work well with one's particular parameters. As with any product line, adhering to proper installation instructions is a key component of a safe and gas-tight system. All our CSST fittings are designed with a secure connection in mind and the vast majority of installations are completed with absolutely no failures by homeowners, handymen, and professionals alike.
