Only issue is that it loses small pieces of the fabric from time to time that resemble spiders at first glance.

Rug is what I hoped soft thick pile only con you need to pull vacuum backwards minor, considering it's a great rug

This was pretty much the exact rug I was looking for. My new residence is typical contemporary neutral coloring with lighter walls and dark wood flooring in the great room. Both rugs I purchased from Home Depot are fantastic, especially for the prices paid. This one, in cream beige, is super soft even to walk on in slippers, but especially nice in socks or bare feet. It finishes off the living area nicely and will add to the comfy feel of the fireplace come winter. Guest have loved how soft it feels and how well it works in the room. Have found a few loose threads but simply snipped close to the bottom and no worse for wear. Shipping was fast and no issues. Very happy with the item and totally recommend.

My family loves this rug, it doesn't show the dirt with our kids, it's easy to clean, and it's super soft.

This feels so good when walking on it bare foot. It looks quite luxurious, and cleans up well from pet accidents.

I have lusted over this rug for SO long! Every time I went to Home Depot I had to make a trip through the rug department to run my hands over it. Well we finally re-did our living room in a shabby cottage style, and I got to bring this rug home. It's beautiful and the softest thing ever. Ive heard people question how to vacuum it, but I simply use the suction hose attachment from my vacuum to go over it. Yes it's more time consuming, but well worth it to me. My home doesnt have pets or children either though, so it's not a tough job nor do I have to do it very often. This rug is a DREAM!

I was bummed when my dog got sick on the rug only 2 days after purchasing it. I had a professional carpet cleaning company come out (she got sick all over my main carpet, too) and they could not remove the stain. I have since tried other stain removing products - still no luck. I do love how beautiful the rug is and it is oh so soft! It may be permanently stained, but at least it now smells fresh and it maintained it's soft texture in that area.

I bought the 5x7 for my son's nursery and it is the perfect rug for children to play on. It is very soft and has a great cushion to it. It is more of a taupe/tan grey than a cool grey but it looks very nice. I highly recommend this rug because it is just incredibly soft and has a great price.

I have bought 2 of the rugs while back they are sooooo soft and super thick. Recently I order 2 again the quality not the same Not as thick and soft. It like they cut back on the material. Very disappointing.

The rug is nice and fluffy soft but it lacks a backing that will prevent it from sliding around on any smooth surface. So now, you have to buy anti-slip material to place under the rug.

I was very happy with the look of the rug, but was disappointed with how difficult it was to get unrolled onto the floor. The two short ends of the rug had to be weighted down with barbells and other heavy items to prevent the ends from curling over.

Plush and pretty. It takes a while to flatten the rug. Might need to use rug tape under it but love this rug even if we need to use the tape. Color is perfect.

I bought this same area rug about four years ago and the quality was simply amazing, bought another one, same designer,( I THOUGHT) same size just a different color. I am not happy with the quality or the color. The grey looks like taupe, not grey at all. The backing is super thin compared to the original and even the tag is missing, doesn't state the designer or even the size like the original rug did. I seriously do not think this is the same rug, they just type out a label for mailing and stuck it on the plastic, very unhappy and taking it back to the store is almost impossible for an older woman, they should come pick it up and give me credit. DO NOT BUY THIS RUG!!! OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET.

GREAT rug but too small - I returned it and will look for a 6x9. Really bummed because the quality of that rug is FANTASTIC. I have two of the same rug in 7x10 - one in living room and one in bedroom - LOVE THEM!!!

if your wanting a rug to lay flat this is not it. soft pile but backing is cracking and won't lay flat
