This is a very soft rug love walking on it with bare feet SUPER SOFT

Love it, incredibly soft. Great for the kids to gather and play on the floor in comfort. Only dislike is there’s only a small color variety.

I dare you to find a softer rug! (And if you do, you have to tell me how to get one.) This rug is beautiful and luxuriously soft. My only complaint are the colors available and the terrible representations and names. (That is not “coffee”, it’s charcoal - I really wanted a dark brown.) We still love this rug, though.

This rug is so soft! Got the cream beige color and love it. We’ve had it for 3 weeks. Haven’t had any shedding like in other reviews. It is a thick and fluffy rug so it’s hard to vacuum, so I have to use an attachment. Had to trim a few longer shags here and there after vacuuming, but that’s to be expected. I’d definitely recommend this rug despite the vacuuming issue.

BEAUTIFUL Area rug! We needed a square area rug and this came in an 8'x8' fitting our living room perfectly. I cannot even begin to explain how soft and luxurious this carpet is. I can't stop running my fingers through it. Absolutely stunning. We had some issues with the first order in that it got lost somewhere in the system and even though the UPS label was created, it was never picked up from the supplier. A quick chat with Home Depot got the first order cancelled, the rug reordered and it was processed without a hitch arriving only 4 days after I originally expected it. While it was a bit annoying at the time, the end result made it well worth the wait.

This rug appears to be more light tan/brown in color than it does gray. I have read many of the other reviews and can confirm that the rug does shed and produces a lot of small strings throughout. However, I have only had this area rug less than a month so I am unable to comment on the matting. Even though this area rug is located in our family room, it is not really a high traffic area and it looks absolutely amazing! The area rug is super soft, comfortable, and my kids love laying out on it to relax.

Loooove it! Perfect neutral color pops off hardwood floor and compliments white slipcovered sectional! Soft underfoot and great for grandson to play on!

Super thick and soft! Excellent quality! It's made out of polyester, much softer than nylon. Might not last as long as nylon, but it will be a pleasure to step on. It has a cloth backing to it. Very happy with my purchase.

I love this rug it's super soft. The only thing is when you vacuum it you can't just vacuum like normal because how thick it is. You have to either have a hand vacuum or you have to hold the vacuum weight.

Yes this rug is awesome! Nice and soft over vinyl flooring. I hope it lasts a while. It’s nice and soft just a bit difficult to vacuum over.

Nice soft rug. when i opened it, threads were pulled out ( like someone tried to vacuum it) also one spot have silver glitter in the rug. It was shocking when i saw tiny pieces of chips on the rug. Did i get used or returned rug for the brand new price ($155)? I hate to return stuff but will have to order it again because it was suppossed to be my daughter’s birthday gift. Hopefully i will get the new area rug.

Very soft rug perfect size and color I needed. I would recommend changing the name of the color though. I was very nervous ordering it because the color description was “Hot Coffee” which I would think of as a dark brown when the rug is actually a charcoal gray color in person. That was my main concern was that when it arrived it would be brown but it was a perfect charcoal gray color!

This rug was sssooooo soft and I loved it when we bought it. Thought it was great for the kids to play on. Then strings started coming out. We hadn't even had it a month yet. Thought maybe it needed to be broken in or something and all the loose strings just needed to come out but they just keep falling out! They are all over the house! No matter how much I clean, there's more. Can't leave the house with out strings being on us. Taking it back ASAP. At least Home Depot has good customer service and will accept it as a return. I was thinking of buying another one hoping this one was just defective but after reading the other reviews, there's no salvaging it. Total loss. Very disappointed

Very comfortable carpet looks great over my hard wood floor

I bought this run one year ago. Absolutely LOVED it. It was so soft and thick. I quickly realized that I was unable to vacuum it. Even with my vacuum lifted to highest setting. The only way to vacuum was to suction it with the hose. About 8 months later, I needed to clean it because my puppy loves eating her treats on it and there were pieces chewed into it. I brought it to a professional carpet cleaning company and they had it for over a week. They called me to come pick it up, as they were unable to clean it as the strands kept coming out. They assumed it was a very old rug as it wasn't holding up. They didn't charge me. The rug itself was beautiful and soft, but unfortunately not very practical.

I love the rug it's so soft and comfy and warms the room up it's a wonderful rug ....But , I was expecting the rug to be a dark brown as I ordered "Hot Coffee" but when I got it , it is a dark grayish blue not brown not even alittle bit .. that is really disappointing.. But I love the rug just not the color I thought i ordered :( .. I will order another one I will have to be more Careful about the color..

This carpet is exceptionally soft great look for any room in your home. Worth the price and easy clean up if small fine item(s) are dropped on the carpet.

This rug looked so nice and I was so excited to get it. It looked great the first day but that’s it. It started shedding and now sheds constantly. I seriously find strands of rug EVERYWHERE! There’s pieces in every room of my house, in my car and on our clothes/shoes...that is how bad it sheds. It’s absolutely horrible! Trust me...do not waste the money on this rug! Very disappointed!

I love this rug. Haven't tried to vacuum it yet but love how it looks.
