I love the color and the ease of pulling the neck from the base. But, I am giving it only 2 stars because there is a spray that shoots out when in the solid stream mode. It is extremely annoying and distracting. I did read this in other reviews and wish I would have considered this more before I purchased this product

We recommend soaking the spray face in a 50/50 white-vinegar water solution and then rubbing over the nozzles with a soft clean cloth in a circular motion; this will help to remove any debris that may have gotten into the head during installation. I had it installed by a plumber and did not use the soap dispenser as I have an older sink. New faucet is definitely an upgrade and update.

Poor design on Spray assembly
We had this faucet 9$200) for 10 months and noticed that the spray assembly was malfunctioning. We checked YouTube videos and Kohler forums but no solution was found to fix the button that was kicking back and the water flow was poor. The replacement part online was $30 and we didn't know how long it would last - poor design. So, we decided to replace this faucet with another brand.

Within a few days of installing the faucet is spraying when it is not in sprayer mode. I plan to contact Kohler to find out what I can do to troubleshoot the issue.

This is a very nice looking faucet, I am just a little disappointed in the water flow, it seems like there is no pressure unless you have it on the spray. This is also true for the soap dispenser that comes with the faucet, I need to pump about 3 times to get enough soap to fill sink

This is my second faucet
I bought the 1st faucet 5 months ago. Hired a plumber to install it. It looked great and it worked great for about 4 months when water pressure started to decrease till I had a hair thin stream of water. Home Depot was great and replaced it. I Installed the second one myself, read step by step all the instructions and it work great for about 5 weeks when I stated notice that the water pressure started to decrease again.
