[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received our new refrigerator last week and we are totally thrilled with the quality, spacious room ,convenience and all of the bells and whistles that are all part of this product. We especially like the filtered water dispensor. Not only is it in a great spot, but it is already saving us a bundle of dough (money) for the fact that we don't have to buy bottled water anymore. Absolutely love the FRIDGE!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a counter-depth fridge that also had decent capacity but wasn’t too wide, and this one checks all the boxes. Plus, there is a lot of flexibility in moving the shelves around where we need them…a feature that’s lacking in many counter-depth models. And lastly, the handles are different than what we’ve seen in most other refrigerators and they really hide fingerprints…another bonus. We’re very happy with our purchase!

I am very please with everything exterior is beautiful and interior is exactly what I needed. I love not having dispensers in door!!’ Ice in freezer section, we really like this! The white with stainless handles is just the look I wanted. I purchased all KitchenAid appliances for my new home I had built custom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall design of fridge is quite nice. French doors very light and easy to open but seals up well upon closing. Shelving is very modular inside although the corners can be chamfered down a lot for safety (corners are sharp!). Door shelving is also very modular which is a plus. The optional wine rack that hangs under one of the shelves is a nice option to have and its good that its not a permanent mount for those who don't use it. Bottom freezer storage is wire racks. Not sure if I like the trapezoid type design instead of a more rectangular design to enable more storage space. I still prefer a full plastic bin over wire racks but I can accept the wire racks also which is more efficient with cooling air flow. Drawer shelving plastic is quite cheap compared with previous Kenmore fridge. The drawers rely on sliding mechanism and not smooth rolling, they do NOT close with the close so care must be taken to first close the drawers and then close the door. Finally unit comes with a standard water filter installed and can make ice and/or provide filtered water dispensed on the left side of the fridge inside. The fridge is also quite quiet when cooling but when ice is dropped into the bin inside the freezer it is quite loud. Overall pricing is not too bad considering the warranty included and it is a Kitchen Aid brand.

I love the flexible space options. I can open the fridge and see everything quickly. My only issue is I wish the door alarm was a little louder.

I moved into a home with a newly renovated kitchen 4 months ago, October 2020, and this was the refrigerator that came with the house. It works fine. It keeps food at a good temperature, and it looks nice with my other appliances. I like that there isn’t ice or water in the door, because I don’t like how those take up internal space and disrupt the clean look of the outside. There are several notable flaws as I have been using it. My issues all come from a lack of design sense in the finishes. The drawers are not on metal slides. Every time I open and close one of the drawers, it takes effort to scrape the plastic drawer in and out of place. There are little shavings of plastic accumulating in the runners. It’s also hard to align the produce drawers straight. They jam into the little tab to control the humidity. It feels like I’m going to need to replace the drawers within a year or two. The shelves also have design flaws. They do not reach all the way to the back of the refrigerator, so anything in the back ends up tipping against the back wall. I’ve had items fall through entirely. It really limits the usable space since it’s every adjustable shelf. The shelf is also a wrong proportion for the water dispenser. The designer could have made the spigot narrower. As it is, the shelf pushes into the spigot, which I didn’t notice for a while, so I have a gash where the shelf scratched. To me, these are obvious signs of sloppy design. It makes me wonder how the insides are designed where I can’t see. I would not pick this refrigerator for myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am pleased with this refrigerator. Two complaints though... The cover on the bottom slide out drawer for meats and cheeses (picture included) does not stay on. Every time you pull out the drawer, the cover comes off...so annoying!! The other is that the freezer door handle is loose and has been from the beginning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator for almost a year, 6 months in storage 6 months now in service with no issues. Great storage options however the two vegetables drawers do not open and close smoothly and they catch on the temperature moisture adjustment lever. The water filter holder is in an awkward location that robs space but we have been able to work around it. We really like the clean design and the water dispenser inside the door is easy to use. The bottom drawer freezer is great! Makes more ice than Arthur (Dudley Moore) could ever want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my counter-depth refrigerator. It fits the space perfectly and looks amazing. The interior is very well organized and by not being so deep, everything is easy to see and access. I like that the shelves are glass and the two sides can be adjusted independently. The freezer has wire baskets which I think will hold up better than plastic ones. I know that 20 cubic feet may sound small to many, but if you organize your space and manage your stock, it is plenty big.

We have limited space and a counter depth refrigerator was the only thing would work well for the space. Took a while to get use to the french doors and limited capacity due to the depth plus the shelf depth is somewhat limiting because there is about an inch gap between shelf and the back of the refrigerator. The freezer is small because the compressor is in the back behind the freezer drawer. If you use your freezer a lot especially for large items such as a turkey you may need a separate freezer. For us it was a trade off, less capacity for counter depth space saving of about 4 inches. For us the space savings was key. It is perfect for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d heard more than one person rave about having a bottom freezer. I should have asked more questions, like how often the freezer is accessed. We use ours just as frequently as the top. So we have to DIG for items in the freezer daily. The ice sometimes gets trapped under the drawer and ends up on the floor or under the fridge and melts there. We’re always stooping over. The fridge doors don’t close well but thankfully it has an alarm if you’re able to hear it. We all miss our side by side that was smaller in it’s design seemed to hold more food.

We chose Kitchenaid appliances because of their high ratings and good reviews. This refrigerator is awesome! We love that it is counter depth. It looks like it was built to fit our new cabinets. The stainless steel does not show any fingerprints! Love the door handles. Inside, there is a fresh filtered water dispenser which is very nice. There is plenty of space for everything. I like the slide out drawer which can be used for canned beverages or just anything. There is plenty of freezer space in the slide out bottom section. The ice maker slides out for easy access. We are very happy with our decision to purchase this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for a kitchen remodel. The refrigerator is everything you would want. Organization, easy to clean, works great! The ice maker in the freezer is perfect. I had another fridge with door ice maker and it never gave me ice as fast as I wanted. This is easier in my opinion. Reach in and grab! Also, the filtered water dispensing inside the unit was different. That is slightly annoying, but I still use it all the time. The fridge is great for organization. You can move all the shelves around easily. Also, the outside is so easy to clean. The meat drawer is huge! You can fit so much in there. Very pleased!

My door seals have white discolouration marks which I am guessing is a breakdown of the material because they are now brittle and cracked. I’ve had this fridge for 3 years and the only cleaner used was soap and water. I have 2 other products that have gaskets on them which are both 10 years plus and no sign of deterioration. I would not recommend any kitchen aid large appliances. I have the main 3 and all have failed in some way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and it fit nicely into my space however it is the french door is smaller inside than I had thought. My last refrigerator which was a bottom door held more. We are ok with it but may be too small for a larger family. I have a spare refrigerator in my garage so not huge issue. Also my space was close to the wall but it is not an issue-it put a small clear adhesive pad (about the size of a pencil eraser) on the one handle so it would not mark my walls. You dont notice and it fits perfectly!

There is a lot of space inside since this model doesn't have water and ice dispensers on the outside. There is a dispenser on the inside of the fridge. I don't mind this. It also makes the outside look even cleaner.

I love the ice & water inside instead of through the door because it gives the refrigerator such a clean look. Best designed refrigerator ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Build quality and ease of use are exceptional. I can only fit 1 gallon of milk in each door instead of 2. Understanding the need for air flow inside, there is a 2 inch gap between the back of the shelfs and the back wall allowing for small objects to fall down the back of the frig. I've checked, but the freezer door doesn't pull out far enough for my liking.

However it is not that noticeable because if the efficient lay out. The in door water is a bit of a haste as you have to stand with fridge door open to get water and that waists energy. Also this fridge is nearly impossible to keep clean!! Most kitchen aid products show streaks and do not clean easily with products or a wipe.

Great layout of shelves in the refrigerator. The inside water dispenser delivers cold water again an improvement from the exterior delivery systems. The doors open easier for my home configuration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last month to replace our old Jenn Aire that stopped working after 12 years. New KitchenAid has been great and love the LED lighting inside. Water is cold and clear out of the dispenser. Very pleased!
