[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the only fridge available for next day delivery when mine broke down. The good: It is attractive. It is a lot quieter that my old one. It keeps everything cold so far. It is counter depth, which looks great in any kitchen design. The ice maker works well. The bad: The interior cold water dispenser only gives out a trickle of water so it would take a very long time to fill up a glass of water. The shelves in the upper part are open at the rear of the fridge allowing small items to fall down to next shelf. The red fastener as seen in the included photos here is ugly and looks out of place due to color. The bin pictured here cannot be placed at the top of the fridge door so it wastes space.

I don’t know how it does it, but this refrigerator makes produce last longer!! Having the little filtered water dispenser inside the unit instead on on the door gave me that option without the worry of ice/water on my kitchen floor due to mishaps with my grandkids filling up. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I have had this refrigerator in use around a year. The doors are held together by plastic, structurally they are cheap junk. One morning my wife told me the refrigerator wouldn’t open. I took it apart to find the plastic pieces that hold this piece of sheet metal together had split. We contacted kitchen aid and sent pics. Now we are paying a repairman for their poor design. Pass the buck kitchen bandaid. How cheap can they be? Hard pass on this product if you’re reading this review. Plastic junk in metal lipstick.

This KitchenAid model has very basic functionality (which is a pro in my opinion) and provides a very clean, upscale look. Appliances made by Whirlpool are always a good choice, and this one is no exception. We are very happy with our purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I just love most things about this fridge. The one very big issue I have with it involves the freezer drawer. If you happen to pull the drawer handle on the left side the drawer with pop open on the left side before the rest of the drawer pulls open. I've had a repair person out and what they told me was it was just the way the drawer works and that I need to only open the drawer by grasping the handle in the middle or on the right. Design flaw in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our new refrigerator installed and have noticed a lot of excess moisture in both the refrigerator and freezer (frost) sections of the appliance. We pointed it out to the service tech while he was addressing another issue and he told us it was because there wasn’t enough food in the refrigerator yet. the moisture has continued to accumulate since the refrigerator was full and we are being told we would need to pay for another service call to address this which is not acceptable. The moisture is not on the flap that seals the doors together and the excessive moisture button is already turned on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sleek look and quietness of this fridge. The only complaint it the ice maker worked for less than a week. Currently waiting on replacement ice marker to arrive. Other than the ice maker so far so good.

Bought April 2022 and shortly after delivery and installation, we had several service visits due to noise (see video). This humming slash rattling noise is considered "normal" operating sound. For that alone, I would not buy this! We also get condensation and occasionally items freeze on top shelf. Otherwise the fridge looks great. Just a few minor comments: - Shelves don't go all the way to the back of the fridge. - Bottom fridge drawer is great, but everyday items always end up in there to maximise space. You'll have to open both doors to access it, not a huge deal, but a model with a seperate drawer would be more practical. - Back of freezer drawer rack is angled, so things don't stack well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a perfect fit for my newly designed kitchen in my cottage. It has all the full size features in a size that fits perfectly within the counter and wall space. The ice maker and cold water feature work especially well, as I live in a hot climate, and enjoy the refreshing filtered water and cubes multiple times daily. The freezer capacity and ability to keep things frozen and reachable works well also. And last but not least a beautiful finish and modern design for a frig! Thanks KitchenAid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the trip wire is down so that it will make ice cubes, you must pull very hard to open the drawer that contains the tray of ice. The trip wire does not easily release to allow the drawer to open. Does something need to be adjusted? Did not have this problem with our previous Kitchenaid refrigerator.

Although you wouldn’t think so from looking at it, it has a water dispenser. The only thing I don’t like is that the ice tray takes up space from the storage so it feels smaller.

I know it’s only a few inches but wow what a difference- especially visually. I also love how nothing gets “lost” in the back. I feel like it’s way more efficient. It is also very quiet!

DO NOT BUY!!! PAINT CAME OFF AFTER ONE WEEK!! We had this for one week. We had a fridge magnet with our daughters school work on it up and when we took it down it took the paint right off. I have never seen a fridge have paint removed from an approved magnet. Totally disappointed! Don’t buy it! We will never be buying Kitchenaid again.

Both door gaskets have failed after only ~2 years of use. Cracked, ripped at corners. Counter depth is why we bought this fridge. Frustrated too that water dispenser requires the left door to be open to access it. Trouble ordering replacement gaskets ( $188 - $93 CAD), as 3 are specified on Whirlpool parts site - which one?

It looks great in my new kitchen at counter depth. We had cupboards built around it. I wanted the water dispenser inside the fridge-which this one has. Great choice. Looks fabulous!

Went back to where I got it and what do you know had to wait over a week for another one . This one is working well. I like the counter depth ! It’s pretty and working so far I am happy !

I asked delivery person about it and he stated was not level because floor needed replaced which has been done. My level says it is level! Still uneven.

I received my fridge this morning and I notice behind the drawers you can see water lines and a water resevoir (looks like it is to chill water). Should there not be a cover over this? I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago, so I can't comment on reliability, hence the 3 star-rating. So far it works as described. My only "gripe" is the one page-picture showing how to configure the shelves and other parts that goes inside the refrigerator. It is so inadequate. There is still one piece of the parts that came with the refrigerator (see photo) that I don't know where it goes. It's not in the one-page lay-out.
