Purchased Three LG Air Conditioners Two worked like they should the third one has a very bad noise in it. I sent a message to LG to sent some one out to pair it back in September and they said they would have a repair person contact me and I have not heard form them. So I am going to remove the unit and return it back to Home Depot.

The unit wouldn’t blow cold so we pulled it out of the housing and looked like something ran the fan cover over, so the fan wouldn’t spin. We fixed it. Would have brought it back but had to get my refrigerator back running.

Very pleased with unit; easy install and cools very good. The wi-fi enable feature is awesome; it can read room temperature and auto turn off when set temp is reached.

AC works fine but I will NEVER, I repeat NEVER, order anything from Home Depot online to be delivered. WORST experience ever going back and forth between Home Depot and FedEx.

Returned the unit because it froze into a SOLID block of ice!!
Additionally it had a dent in the side of the case that must have come from a fork lift

The unit use the condensate to splash onto the heat exchanger. That would be okay if the water didn't leak from that pan and run into my electrical outlet! When I drain the pan with a hose, the unit isn't as efficient. Certainly not 14000 btu

Leaking right out the box, only pushed hot air
Got this new to replace the previous model (which broke down after a couple of years, thought it was a fluke), but this newer model did not work out the box. Bad product with old technology, and loud. GE is a better option because it is smaller and quieter for the same BTUs.

not as good as I had expected, the grating does not range up and down... only side ways
movement with the louvers.. . NO SCREWS to attached the front....not was I had expected to be very
honest for the money I spent...the high speed is not that fast...
